      Gets the access state of the permission for the security member

      IRole getPermissionHolder()
      Gets the permission holder. If the state is not explicit set, the permission holder is a role that is responsible why the state is GRANTED or DENIED. It is null if the permission is explicit DENIED or GRANTED, or if the permission is NOT_GRANTED_OR_DENIED.
