Portal Chat

Portal supports process chat related to a case or private chat between two users. By default, chat is deactivated.

HowTo: Activate chat

You can turn on private chat with this Portal setting: Portal.Chat.EnablePrivate.

You can turn on process chat with this Portal setting: Portal.Chat.EnableGroup.

HowTo: Read/Send chat message

  1. Click on bubble-icon icon on the top right corner.


  2. Click on a process chat or a user to read messages


  3. You could type, then press Enter or click send-email-icon to send messages.
