Duration	ICase.getWorkingTime()	Gets the Duration during that any user has been working on this case. The working time is the sum of the working times from all tasks of this case.
Duration	ITask.getWorkingTime()	Gets the Duration during that any user has been working on this task. The working time is calculated from the time where the user starts working on this task till the task is completed (state changes from TaskState.CREATED or TaskState.RESUMED to TaskState.DONE or TaskState.JOINING). When task gets parked or completed the elapsed time is saved.
